Q: What do you mean by unlimited revision? 
A: Unlimited revision means there is no cap on the number of the artwork's revision. Revision can only be made before the final artwork. Only minimal change can be applied after we deliver the final artwork.

Q: Can I talk directly with my illustrator?
A: Yes. We all will work via a professional management system where you can track deadlines, files and messages. However, our project manager will be the most active one in the workroom. She has to make sure the artist delivers the work on time and meets your expectations.

Q: How are the illustrations copyrighted?
A: Gau Family Studio runs on a work-for-hire basis. We do not keep any copyright of the artwork after a project is complete. The copyright transfers from Gau Family Studio to the client when the final work is delivered and payment is completed.

Q: How much time is required for an illustration to be completed?
A: Our artists work efficiently: the time required ranges from one to two months for a standard-lengthed children's book. It varies depending on your responses.

Q: How do you deliver the final work?
A: The final work is delivered electronically through our management system as a file of at least 300 dpi.

Q: I'm in London - can I still order your work?
A: Your location is not an issue. We have clients in 12 different countries! The entire process is done remotely.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: For US customers, we prefer PayPal, check or money order. For customers outside the US, we prefer PayPal, moneybooker, visa or mastercard.

Q: What if I'm not satisfied with your service?
A: We guarantee a full refund from the first up to the third initial sketch. If you are not satisfied with our work, we either continue to revise it or you can decide not to.

Q: How much should I expect to pay?
A: Please feel free to contact us to inquire about the fees with information on your budget, expectations and time frame. We will propose a reasonable price!
